Cyril Musita- Executive director, Director for Africa  

Musita Cyril spearheads our administrative initiatives and provides leadership to the team in Africa. His integral role in founding Christ-centered communities is paramount to propelling our mission forward. Under his direction, RealTalk is committed to establishing a robust framework for training young adults to serve as disciple-makers across the continent.

Zachary Beasley II- Executive Director, Director for North America  

Zach oversees the financial strategies and North American operations at RealTalk with precision and expertise. His leadership ensures the financial health and accountability of our organization, allowing us to effectively drive the growth and outreach of our ministry on both local and global levels. 

Emmanuel Fikiri- Content development and Evaluation  

Fikiri is tasked with the development and dissemination of our Christ-centered content. His innovative and theological acumen guarantee that our materials are both engaging and firmly rooted in scripture, guiding students along their spiritual journey. 

Pst. Francis Muiruri - National Director (Kenya)  

Francis serves as the National Director for Kenya, where he diligently endeavors to broaden the scope of our ministry's influence. Through his steadfast commitment to mentoring students and young adults in Kenya, with a specific focus on imparting sound theological training, he plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of discipleship that is in harmony with our mission of nurturing a cohort of gospel-impacting leaders. 

Dennis Karanja -  Partnerships and Administration

Dennis plays a critical role in establishing and managing partnerships that underpin RealTalk’s mission. His exceptional administrative skills and strategic relationship-building efforts guarantee the essential support required to maintain and expand our ministry. 

Ivy Mbengi-  Students Chair

Ivy serves as a key representative of the student body, actively incorporating their needs and perspectives into the strategic efforts of our ministry. Her leadership effectively bridges the communication gap between students and the RealTalk team, cultivating an inclusive and supportive environment.
